Here's the deal by BB,
If the honorable IC hasn't got any money to buy his Co. stock, I will approve/vote him a loan of $48K on these conditions.
When we ratify the loan, at 5% interest, with collateral that can by liquidated at or over the amount borrowed, He buys at market price.
We financed the loan funds at 1.3 remember !
