~~~No,,,not to my knowledge!It's a fairly recent action which basically allows retail shareholders to communicate their dissatisfaction with a boards progress/lack-of/wotever in company advancement!If 25% of SH's vote against resolutions at GM that counts as first strike,,,,a second/repeat disbands the xisting board and another is elected!scanno.[several Blue-chip Co's are on 2nd strikes this year ,,,thus the n umber of CEO's/Chairs for-going the bonuses /sal increases,,,]
