People forget that M. Hayes exercised 8,017,978 options @ 4.5 cents for a total consideration of $360K just days before the Fukishima accident. He has plenty of skin in the game.

At least we as shareholders are afforded the opportunity to buy in at .005. There are many instances with other Co's where this does not happen.
