Love the statement:
"The Directors do not believe that any material disadvantage will arise for shareholder or option holders as a result of the proposed consolidation of the Company’s issued securities.
However, there can be no assurances as to the level at which the Company’s shares will trade following the consolidation of the Company’s securities."
Right...
...when was the last time any share consolidation resulted in increase in sp?
The only reason to consolidate is so that more shares can be issued: CR, here we come (couldn't be milked anymore at 0.001)!!!
