None the less, whether or not management have bought the shares, it is still a cap raising and still dillution. This is going on with the Vijay joint venture as the backdrop.

IMO the backlash is to do with the free option at 4 cents exercise price. I believe that if they had a 10 or 15 cent exercise price then that would have instilled more confidence and less "whinging". It's like having your cake and eating it too.

Hell, I reckon us long suffering shareholders deserve the free options more than management do!!!!
