    4c options are in the money only when the stock is above the 4c price. So thats a 100% improvement to where we are at right now. And then in order to turn it into shares they have to pay 4c. I still cant see the negative in that. In fact I think they have paid a premium considering the stock hit 1.2c

    Just my thoughts!
