yes the options have to be in the money at 4 cents, the options were a good deal for the directors and major backers. But that is 2 years away, they should be higher if not expire in 12 months at 4 cents.

It hit 1.2 but look at the volume when it did it was close to 1-2 mil(5 mil for that day 1.4ish), not the 23 million that is going to get issued.

and yes i did pick up some at 1.4 as i think that they were oversold.
