Seems a bit rich that the three top guys want to issue themselves additional stock, 6.5m in total, in addition to the selected raising with attaching free options (upto 34m shares). It effectively prevents them suffering any dilution to their existing holding!.
Given the company performance to date this doesn't sit well especially given that they will be more than compensated by their free options should the stock perform in coming years. Any thoughts anyone?
