I would be interested in others thoughts after reading both the arguments from the Board and the antagonists who wish to roll the Board.
IMO the antagonists provide some valid points and they do own a reasonable share of the company. The question of course is their ability to step in and create shareholder value.
The flip side is that the current Board appears to be well down the path of selling GCG which may result in a reasonable premium for shareholders relative to the current SP (ignoring the pain from a long term SP decline).
Personally I will be contacting the antagonists to find out more about their plans prior to deciding which party to side with.
It's basically a choice between potential short term capital gain and move on to other investments vs. a longer term turn around story.
