It does look like being an interesting fight and the challengers appear to be well experienced. What the incumbents need to do to get my vote is to tell me more about their plans in regard to "different ownership alternatives". Your wording of "selling GCG" is much clearer :)

Few Boards give up their day job by seeking a buyer and then giving the money back to shareholders. As far as I am aware this Board has not indicated that it intends to give the money back to us if it sells the business. They need to tell us more about their plans and what we, the shareholders, might get out of it.
