I have contacted both the incumbents and the antagonists to get more information.
It will certainly be an interesting fight. The biggest risk of changing jockey's part way through the race is that any positive initiatives that are currently being executed could turn pear shaped (i.e. sale process and the operational turnaround).
Additionally, a company such as GCG relies on its professional people to generate income. If a change in culture results in a mass exodus of fee generating staff then it would obviously be bad for GCG's outlook. The flipside also holds true.
