My reading of the announcement is neutral: just housekeeping matters. As to the possibility of another raising, it’s just that, ‘a possibility’. If it was used I would consider it a positive! In the meantime this is good day trading territory. Buy a few in the .30’s and sell a few in the .40’s but don’t be caught without any the wrong side of the next announcement.
Just remember:
Bulls can make money,
Bears can make money,
But pigs always get slaughtered!
