I for one do need further information. I am not happy about the announcement of JG stepping down and then further down the track an announcement for a GM to have him removed.
Sounds fishy to me and without all the data to make an informed decision I am at a loss about completing the proxy form.

In addition, will RJ take over the position? Will he be on the same salary cap as JG. If so, then we are still no further advanced IMO. On top of this we have a CR and expected to part with more dollars.

Have been reading the threads about the removal of JG and have taken note but still not happy as a shareholder, that I have enough information to make any determination on the removal of JG.

I trust that at the meeting and prior to any vote being made that both parties have a case to put forward to the shareholders. Would hate to see all of this end up in some bitter court dispute that may or may not cost us shareholders even more pain.

My opinion only but any feedback would be welcome.
