I wouldn't be to quick to begrudge the 207 payment without knowing what's contributed. Sometimes there is a gun go to person within a company that knows everything and is pivotal in managing the company. Most often its at an admin level.
Might be wise to let the new directors sort out any further pay anomalies rather than shoot bullets without knowing what the dynamics are, could end up doing MYG a mischief by pissing off someone that's not easily replaced.
