More dilution but really no choice. Your line of sight on money is up to AGM, which is proves zero value to SH's, in fact is detrimental. You need to tie in the proving of assets for the continuation of the business. Just like T has handled the situation with RNI, so would a bank if you went to then and said, hang on I can pay my mortgage and bills for my business for the next 3 months, and hopefully that big deal I have always dreamt of will come off! Dont panic all is well, Sh's and banks.
No one looks to short term goals to meet an AGM, its the fundamentals of the business that needs to be proven and quickly.
