I think some good questions for the AGM would be,
1. What do the directors believe to be the reason for the current MC?
2. If the current MC concerns directors, what course/s of action do they believe will help improve the MC?
3. What does the CEO plan to do when his shares are released from ESCROW?
4. Given the underlying business is performing admirably and the MC not so. What are the reasons for no directors acquiring any shares since listing? Fundamental analysis (such as PE) indicates the stock is incredibly undervalued. Don't tell me that a 'blackout period' has applied for at all stages, for all directors since listing.
5. Why has no earnings guidance been provided?
6. The company is committed to growth via acquisitions and renovations. Given dividends were foregone this year (due to these growth commitments), does that indicate for the foreseeable future that dividends will not be paid?
I think these are not overly 'critical' questions that puts the onus on management to explain their position. Unfortunately i won't be at the AGM. Can I dial in? Can I send this list of questions to management for answering at the AGM?
peace.
