Speculation will be going into overdrive with this.
I would like to hope that the next Announcement will shed some light on the reasoning behind this as the Notice is just the standard requirement.
Could be many things that are in the pipeline - expansion in other markets etc etc, or as HS said just something they want to get out of the way.
