On the proxy form, what do I write in the "of:" section. Leave it blank, put retail shareholder or do I need to put my Chess # or some detail of my holding in there?
Does anyone want to be my proxy? Lol jokes I think the chair of the meeting can handle it
It's tempting to vote no to the ratification of the prior issue seeing as any further issuing will dilute my holding and I think we have enough cash. I also think Nick and co know what they're doing though so a good idea to give them that freedom, if getting some big institutions etc. on our side is going to help out in the long run, by getting our name out there and winning support of some people that can power to help us out, then it is probably worth the dilution.
