JV / partnerships are tricky aren't they. the CR is a diff topic I reckon, and yes that is PLS's call and I'm not unhappy about it - you have to pay the bills - we are on a great path. Smart CEO's / MD's sink the costs at the start, and reap later on.
Anyway, difference of opinions will always be, that's why there is a buy column and a sell column.
And yes, I have this on good authority, and it wasn't hard to find out.
