Those page 30 quotes are very interesting: (p66 of the pdf)
"Expected first delivery and consequential revenue receipt Third quarter 2015, based on evidence given during the Proceedings"
"Based on Numerco prices. As at 30 June 2015 the spot price was USD36.19, increasing to USD58.26 by June 2025. This implies a constant annual growth rate of approximately 5.0%."
Did they use the spot price in their calculations? If so, why? We're told first revenue due 3rd quarter. Does AGS know what the ACTUAL sale price is? If so, are we not entitled to know what that is? IF they used spot, would it not be more appropriate to use ACTUAL sale price?
Just asking questions, that's all.
