Well, there's a surprise, "the Proposed Transaction is “fair” and “reasonable” to the Shareholders of Alliance".

Looks like they used spot price in determining whether the sale price was "fair" & "reasonable" to shareholders. How much of the product is going to be sold into spot?

I guess we also found out why AGS could report no sales in the quarterly. From p30: "Expected first delivery and consequential revenue receipt Third quarter 2015, based on evidence given during the Proceedings"

I can see why the noobs are high-fiving on the other thread though. Nice outcome for them.
