Just when I started to give management the benefit of doubt this comes up.
In my opinion the weighting of the Performance Rights is not right or fair to shareholders.
The production of gold should be the end goal and therefore weighted far more heavily than raising money or producing a feasibility study. Currently 33%, 33% and 33% should be 10%, 20% and 70% or something similar.
Not that my vote will count for anything.
