Ultimately the market will dictate where the SP will be... but anything lower than 0.5 cents then absolutely everyone including Directors will be in the red. As the example in the notice showed the lower the SP the greater the dilution to everyone. Yesterday we saw a lot of churning, SP stayed flat, quite a high volume but a lot of people on one side jumping ship and others jumping in tempted by the low SP. I suspect some dollar cost averaging going on. And whilst anything is possible I don't think an SP 0.1 cent is probable. That would mean all the Sophs who bought at 0.7 would be 85% in the red.
