Not to worry, the way the SP is going today, 3c will be achieved soon, and the sellers are drying up.
The GM will be a milestone event, and after re-instatement on the ASX , the sp should remain above 3c.
This from the 1/4ly Report Dec 2015:-
"EMR has continued discussions with third parties relating to a potential transaction involving a resources project. "
These parties could include Confederate Capital and Associates inco Desert Fox, and P&L Capital Investments. By my reckoning these 3 entities hold position numbers 3,4 & 5 in the top 10 shareholders.
The DFS will be completed to a standard of accuracy that will be acceptable to a bona-fide project financier. (ASX Announcement; Emerald to Earn into Okvau Gold Deposit)
Who better to finance the project than Confederate Capital and Associates? . They have a strong interest and belief in its' success.
If my theory is correct, then this project is set for success already. All being steered by Morgan Hart "The Technical Guru".
