He must be planning on rejoining the company shortly as I cannot see any other reason why his name would appear on this notice. I can't imagine our corner stone investors would be happy to give out free shares to Gavin either, unless this was the case. I expect we will see a large signing drop now that the performance shares have been tabled. Isn't this what happened last time we saw a request for performance shares?
