exactly, the performance shares are just that - if management perform we all win. Shouldnt be an issue for the downrampers as they are expecting a CR in a few months, so $1.25-$2 will be a pipe dream for them! (Issuing shares to Campion is weong & ALL shareholders should vote against this)
