MTB650b,
I was caught by surprise. But, there's a catch here somewhere. Unfortunately we invest on a certain basis, and many a times we take for granted in the basis of the available research wether it be well organised or not.
IMO, the combination of the announcement to purchase an intent to acquire the Pilbara tenements was co-ordinated with the idea of a consolidation. Either, there is spodemun and plenty of it and enough to sustain a mine life or.. But, "pls" or "ajm" could've bought previously those tenements? Or why did The other companies sell the " Lynas find projects" ? If known possibilities of finding a suitable resource, with the aid of previous extensive drilling results, were available why was it sold?
Now, if on the other hand, there is such a possible massive resource, well then, the consolidation was a useful tool in sending " the selling signals" and therefore the buying becomes accumalive? For a future rise?
