I didn't get around to reading this announcement properly when it came out but it is well worth a proper read through. Outlines pros and cons of the Harvest One transaction and explains what Harvest One is currently amongst other things.
Interestingly it mentions a few times Harvest One shares may be given to MMJ holders as dividends in the future.
Also worth looking at the Proforma balance sheet on page 15. It takes our balance sheet from end of financial year last year and merges it with Harvest One after the transaction has gone through. Shows us having total assets of over 41 million and equity just under 39 million. Essentially our current share price is backed by equity they hold in the business, which leaves us huge potential for the share price to rise. All in my opinion.
