July '17 - 5m shares (if he already holds 5m)
July '18 - 5m shares (if he already holds 10m)
Jan '19 - 5m shares (if he already holds 20m)
To get the 4th tranche he will have to acquire another 5m on market or via a raise between now and then. So let's say it's 17.5m shares for 2.5 years work. It's not too bad considering in the first 6 months it's safe to say he stopped the SP from crashing when he bought on market, would have been behind the CR at 25% above market price and most likely was behind the recent presentation in china.
And don't forget how close he is to HOPU, one of the biggest private investment funds in China.
Let's see Zuvela and Alurralde earn their coin now by hitting the timeframes they have made.
I keep going on about the timeframes as I think the market needs to see that the delays that Orecobre had was specific to them and not relevant to every brine project. If they keep hitting them between now and next xmas, AGY could be the best performer on the ASX for two straight years.
