I am going to vote NO for Alex' package.
Alex receiving these packages for non performance and non correlation to the success of AGY is not in the best interest of shareholders. If AGY incrementally progresses towards Li production Alex will buy on market. If AGY fails then Alex wont buy. Easy for him.
Alex' package is not structured with any risk exposure to AGY succeeding or failing as compared to us direct equity holders.
My vote will not make a difference however it is my "intent" that I want to show to AGY.
