I'd like to refer to the release dated 5th Aug 2016 with the appointment of Alex Molyneux as Chairman.
The release mentions:
"Mr Molyneux has acquired 500,000 shares in the company in the open market since the Company re-focused on projects in Argentina within the ‘lithium triangle’ and he has informed the Company he intends to substantially increase his shareholding over time".
He did acquired another 1,000,000 shares on the 18 Aug 2016. So 4 months has passed and a number of golden opportunities to buy at ~2.3-2.4 but no dice ??
