All good and completely reasonable comments, Woody. You're right about the 31m to directors and another 20 million to other staff. You're right about paying execs twice - there was a bit of a discussion in the GM notice about them having taken pay cuts etc to see the company through the difficult patch and to be fair to them they stuck to it, but I haven't gone back to compare the amounts. At the end of the day unfortunately they all do it, and justify it by saying they have to do it because everyone is doing it - at least here it was a lower level than many I have seen recently, and tied to higher milestones (page 18 of the GM notice). Hopefully they earn them soon
