An AGM all focussed on new CEO who has taken price from 47 from 20th Jan to 30 c since he took the reigns and gold seems to be in favour with market albeit it up and down
Pl come back Mr Kelly and right the ship
Low ball hurdles set here and what did they spend on advisors getting this sorted just for CEO - am guessing 50-100k, probably more looking at the details and weighting that went into it
There is no "I" in team - what about all the other employees who have got the thing to where it is today - before new CEO came on of course - why not reward them to right the ship at the same time - seems they do all the heavy lifting and Junk sits back on latte and doughnuts in West Perth

Out of the companies mentioned as peer companies Doray is the stand out underperformer in last 6 months
Maybe that's why we are rushing thru resolutions for one person - picked the bottom well
