The wording below( to issue shares during the next 3 months after the meeting or longer if the ASX permits ) indicates Management are expecting news before any issue of shares.
Offtake partner , finance , mining license are expected in the next 3 months , what should WKT's market cap be with these 3 milestones achieved ? what will the basket price be if an off take sale for the highest expandable product is in the mid market value range of $3,000- $4,000 per ton ?
At least LADP have confidence WKT shares will have value, the other contractor partners may also have an interest to invest after the expected good news.


RESOLUTION 3 – ISSUE OF SHARES TO LYCOPODIUM ADP IN CONSIDERATION FOR SERVICES PROVIDED
3.1 General
Resolution 3 seeks Shareholder approval for the issue of up to 1,500,000 Shares in consideration for engineering services provided by Lycopodium ADP (LADP), an engineering services Company based in Cape Town, South Africa.
A summary of ASX Listing Rule 7.1 is set out in Resolution 1 above.
The effect of Resolution 3 will be to allow the Company to issue the Shares in consideration for engineering services provided during the period of 3 months after the Meeting (or a longer period, if allowed by ASX), without using the Company’s 15% annual placement capacity.
