Exactly my thoughts. This is bordering on expropriation. And nobody takes responsiblity for this yearslong mess. They paid millions of shareholder money for acquiring and developing Big Hill and Mt. Mulgine over the years, and then lost both. Now they lose 35% of the ferrotungsten JV yet have the nerve to ask for more shareholder money to play with.
I am perfectly confident they will make a fortune from a 25% ownership in the JV when they were unable to even get access to the plant at 60% ownership. Yeah, sure thing. The whole story is a complete joke.
