Totally agree with you, ill be happy to get back in at some point once they pull finger from arse.
As a buisiness owner myself, i know with such a small team you can not be chasing so many big pipe dreams. They feel they are working their butts off (which they probably are) but few hands make heavy work, you spread yourself so thin and your busting a$$. It leads to a growing sense of entitlement, somthing i have seen many times. All while minimal actual results are achieved, due to such a broad scope.
True, maybe i should be patient but if that is the case then so does management.
