    Have had a quick look through, and this is what I've got:

    1. NO HAND OUTS!!!!!!!! No bonuses, no increases, no special handshakes (outside of the Con notes ;-))
    2. Ratification of previous CR and Con notes. (nothing new)
    3. Approval to try a CR no earlier than 3mnths after the meeting. (nothing unusual for this type of company/investment)
