Likely the takeover is off, this is their way of getting their way. Reality is if we cant block this we may be better off accepting the takeover. Although this results in less dilution to us so probably not.

Personally this stinks as much as the takeover in my view.

Two quarterlies to see what new contracts they win. Two more quarterlies for them to bring in sales in line with their updated profit guidance.
