So we should have advised Cobalt on or before 13 December 2017 concerning whether we will be proceeding based on due diligence... has this date been pushed back? Anyone aware? If not, it means that Cobalt know whether the only agenda is the GM on 15 January 2018... does it imply that board was content on the initial DD and have now set up a meeting to pass resolutions? Me thinks we should hear on the DD very soon with good news otherwise why hold a meeting to pass resolutions if they were not going to proceed with acquisition? Exciting times ahead if the above is infact what has transpired... thoughts???
