I think shareholders need to have a good think about how they decider to vote on this one. I'm currently of the opinion that the price of the cap raise was done far too low, I think given a great quarterly we should have enough cash flow to manage our debt and with our debt managed the shareprice should be significantly higher.

With this higher shareprice should we need to aggressively expand (greater then the capacity of cashflow generated) we should be able to achieve a lower level of dilution for the same amount of capital. This is assuming gold doesn't go on a massive run which many are talking about.

I only have about 3 million shares at present, however if we as shareholders band together I think we will be better off in the long term.
