The issue of all these shares to convert debt was an inevitable result of the mess that Ralph led the company to - at least we are getting close to relisting - have to say on principle I will not vote for Ralph to get shares arising from the mess he created.
At least we are finally getting close to relisting albeit the share issue and consolidation is significantly diluting existing shareholders.
The first couple of weeks trading will be interesting - the company's prospects seem good so a dump might present opportunities for longer term shareholders with a positive view to consider averaging down. Ralph's continued presence given his past management is a negative in my opinion.
