there is no alterative, vote no, that's it back into liquidation,vote yes a company with around 650mil shares on issue at a mininium of 50c each for an ASX top 300 listing, for them to choose a figure of 50c a share for the placements then they obviously have a valued plan to back that sp up, I want to see the new prospectsus post consolidation because if they want new blood on side then we aint seen enough yet to warrant a company that with mk. people who bought late anywhere below 5.1cpsh will actually make some money, the old holders with higher averages will do ok and have to make a decision to hold or sell. goodgye to the tongs as well and new directors to be appointed,could relist soon after the meeting is all goes well.
hopefully this will all happen very quickly over the next month of april ready for the relist.
