Surprised no one has commented on the resolutions of this meeting.

My first understanding is that we're in for a fair bout of dilution. But, is this a good thing?

I guess it's heartening to see both Gary and Jeffrey making loans to the company. I was also a little disappointed that company equity will go towards paying for the Decipher Works acquisition - I was hoping they'd pay for themselves.

Obviously the main point of this meeting is to raise capitol for future acquisitions. I get this but what I'd like to know is, do they have a specific company/companies in mind or is it just to shore up the kitty? Would be nice if they told us what is going on. What are the chances?
