I have three points to make; Point1. Clearly 'corporate governance' point 9 is completely incorrect and, in fact the opposite is true. Point 2. IF the answer to the questions raised is indeed 'yes' (or confirming the allegations) is there evidence to support these claims? Point 3. If the allegations to these questions and issues are confirmed, are the proposed directors the right replacements to take the company fwd given their qualifications and experience?
