So, the current board didn't arrange the ability for the 9.5% to buy more shares during a capital raise, apparently favouring new people joining the Kogi register.
I know, maybe the 9.5% should replace the board with people who will offer them the capital raises first? That is one way to to ensure you can participate in the next capital raise?
Talk about a conflict of interest...
