Hey @CheyneD just peeved that the directors seem to think they have done a great job and should be rewarded. I'm all for rewarding good performance but this is dismal performance and now they are trying to get bonuses with out any tie to increasing shareholder value. Like you say above the IPO could dive and yet the directors still get their bonus. Its just not right. Hopefully as a top 10 holder you vote to let them know this as well.
