lol really ...management think they deserve almost $2m in bonuses (warrants) for the TSX listing and progressing the zinc assets? Are they on another planet? They have done nothing except let the SP slide massively and they expect to get bonuses for it. Show us some shareholder value directors and then ask for a performance bonus not the other way around. The bonus isn't even tied to a rise in SP so the listing could be a dud and still they get a bonus for it. As a very minimum put an AND clause in which translate to a rise in the SP too. What a joke. I am holding my (very small amount) shares now simply as a protest to vote no on this and I hope others vote it down too, Its about time directors of ASX companies are held accountable. They are paid a decent salary already to do this so why do we need to incent them more for doing their job?
