    I would like to vote "no" as management have failed miserably and deserve to have their pay cut. The company could bring in some graduates to have a go. They most likely could do better. However, I know that won't happen so I guess I have to vote to dange the money carrot so shareholders can have a chance recoup their losses. I think we could see the price keep sinking without positive news.
