Thats right, the issue of Kimberly warrants is a big fat tick in the AGAINST vote box. They are paid a hefty MCT salary and have already been issued with a bucket load of MCT options which is more than enough of an incentive to for them to drive MCT and Kimberly forward. Rewarding them Kimberly warrants, for what effectively is they paid job already to do is not necessary. Voting Against the issue of Kimberly warrants is a no brainer IMO. Hopefully they get the message and start driving Kimberly and MCT forward on our behalf, the shareholders / owners of the company. If they do this they will be rewarded handsomely already with their performance options in MCT.
