I've voted this AM...

Can I make the suggestion that voting 'YES' for the issue of the KML warrants facilitates the 'payment' of the 2x new KML executives, which, giving them the benefit of the doubt, they may deserve if the IPO and KML comes off in everyone's favour...

Voting 'NO' to the issuing of the 'KML warrants' to Messrs Gaucci, Daley & Longworthy, who have all been on MCT's 'books' (doing a pretty ordinary job based on SP depreciation), will essentially prevent them 'double-dipping' by getting remuneration directly from MCT, then also being rewarded 'on top of' their 'pierce-poor' performance over the past few years...

Vote 'No' to the issuing of warrants to Messrs Gaucci, Daley & Longworthy, it's a little 'GFY' message, for the A$0.5m they bleed out of MCT each year for doing sweet-FA...
